WWI Commemorative Screening: Blackadder

As part of Gedling Borough Council's series of WWI Remembrance Events, we'll be hosting a very special, rare screening of the funny and poignant final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth.

Starting at 5.45pm with a WWI inspired Buffet, there will also be a short performance by Flying High Theatre Company centered around their WWI theatre piece Dear Lucy.

The screening of Blackadder Goes Forth will start around 6.45pm, and will be the incredibly moving, funny and powerful Final Episode of the series, Goodbyeee'.

After a short break, there will also be a screening of Peter Jackson’s powerful WWI documentary They Shall Not Grow Old with never-before-seen footage from the front to commemorate the centenary.
