Life seems easy for picture-perfect couple Ivy (Olivia Colman) and Theo (Benedict Cumberbatch): successful careers, a loving marriage, great kids. But beneath the façade of their supposed ideal life, a storm is brewing – as Theo’s career nosedives while Ivy’s own ambitions take off, a tinderbox of fierce competition and hidden resentment ignites. The Roses is a reimagining of the 1989 classic film The War of the Roses, based on the novel by Warren Adler.

Just a few days away from Christmas, this show will get you in the mood for your own Yuletide holiday Anchoring this festive event is local musician and entertainer Mark Everatt and a couple of local artists providing a Christmassy musical atmosphere of Keyboards, Piano, Guitar, Woodwinds , playing all your favourite Christmas songs, past and present

Enjoy the giant cinema screen at the back of the stage which will display video, photos and winter wonderlands to add to the Christmas atmosphere. The show will include an audience Christmas sing song with the words projected on to the screen. Sing along or just enjoy.!

And the evening wouldn’t be complete without Santa Clause popping in 2 hours of feel good festive fun to get your Christmas underway.
