Featured artist for this month is Jeanie Barton. Jeannie is a superb interpreter of the jazz standard repertoire giving each song a smooth convincing delivery and occasionally introducing a scat vocal line. She produces a personal style based on a thorough understanding of the jazz singing tradition.
